I had weekly sessions with Alicia for a couple of months. She was absolutely wonderful. She asked many questions to understand the issues I wanted to deal with and addressed them one at a time. She helped me to conquer work-related stress after returning to the job market and starting a new job. I was experiencing panic attacks and difficulty breathing, dreading work every morning, and losing sleep.
After only a couple of sessions, she gave me strategies for managing the stress with ease and calm. Work no longer causes me any distress. We also worked on a phobia that had been keeping me from making doctor’s appointments. I made an appointment, and within three sessions with her, I was able to keep that appointment and was happy to report no anxiety or discomfort. She was extremely pleasant and wonderful to work with. I didn’t know what to expect from a hypnotherapy session, but after working with Alicia, I can’t stop recommending everyone I know to reach out to her.
